Nelson Doug Cafe
This is a great lunch spot. I usually get the fried catfish with a few fried shrimp, and the portions are filling, but not over-filling, which is good. It is only open during lunch, so get there early.

They have some nice things here. The pillows have unique, quirky sayings on them. The patriotic gifts are neat looking.

Too many good foods to count. I love the fajita quesadillas, queso, and shrimp fajitas. Of course it starts out well when the chips and salsa comes to your table. Great foods, fair prices, quick service. Eveerything you want in a restaurant!

I LOVE THIS PLACE! The comfort food here is amazing! My absolute favorite is the chicken and rice on Saturdays. Come early, this place is hopping all the time. Hamburger Depot
I had heard great things about this place, so I wanted to eat there. It was a little hard to find, but just down the road a little bit from Spindletop. This isn't fast food, there are generous portions. It is a place where you can sit and eat; come here when you have time to spare because this place is popular and busy.

I needed some painting done, and these guys did a great job. They got on their ladder and reached the high wall height with ease. I knew I couldn't reach it myself, so I called these guys and wasn't disappointed.
PetSmart
Petsmart is a good place to go for dog food and toys. My dog likes the soft plush toys and squeaky toys. And she likes to ride in the shopping cart through the store and see the people and other dogs there.
